What is the minimum size of a stand required for a 3, 2 and 1 bedroom house?
3 bedroom house - 300m2
2 bedroom house – 250m2
BNG 2-in-1 house – 200m2
The requirements depend on each municipality’s density statistics. These tend to be 35%.
How easy is it to move an assembled house to a different plot and how much would it cost?
It is very easy to dis-assemble an existing house due to its modular construction. The cost would be approximately R25 000 to dis-assemble and R25 000 to re- assemble on the new plot.
How many laborers are required to assemble one or more houses simultaneously?
A minimum of ten laborers per house is required.
Are the financial institutions prepared to finance these houses? If so, over what period.
Most Financial Institutions will finance these houses over 20 years.
Are these houses able to run off a generator?
Yes.
How does the wiring for “prepaid electricity” work?
The client purchases the prepaid meter whilst the wiring remains the same.
What is the average insurance premium on a house, excluding contents?
It is around R195 per month for a R300 000 building.
Is it difficult to alter a standard house plan to a specific requirement eg. Class room, clinic etc.
This is dead easy. We manufacture units to exact client specifications.
How difficult is it to maintain all the plumbing installations?
This is not difficult. All the plumbing is housed in one area at the back of the house, making maintenance effortless.
Has any council approved your plans? (layout, electrical and plumbing)
Yes, Gauteng Municipalities have approved all plans.
Are all electrical and energy installations environmentally-friendly?
Yes.
What is the minimum water pressure required for the plumbing to function?
30-40 psi or 1 bar.
Can you deal in wholesale?
Yes, we can deliver 300 houses per month.
Would you consider Joint Ventures?
Yes. Each proposal would be considered individually.
Do you supply fully furnished homes?
Yes, we have a range of furnishings that one can choose from.
Can these houses be fully self-contained (GREEN)?
Yes. Power supply can be generated from both wind and solar panels, water supply can be obtained from a borehole and sewage is handled by a French drain system.
What about security?
Burglar bars, security gates, alarms and other security measures can be fitted as in any traditional home.
How secure are the components up to point of delivery?
The crates packed by the factory are sealed. These seals will only be broken by the client once deliver is effected.
Do you provide any guarantees?
There is a 12 month guarantee on all materials used.
Workmanship performed by us is guaranteed by the NHBRC.
Are spare parts of components available? Eg. Gutters, doors, tiles etc.
Yes. These can be supplied on order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum quantity is 1 Unit.
Is there a franchise opportunity available?

Can you supply outside South Africa?
Yes, by special arrangement.
Can I build extensions to an existing structure?
Yes. You can simply purchase additional panels and other required parts/accessories.
